Proton Treatment Building/Vault Design
Treatment Building (“vault”) with 1 treatment room with integral in-room gantry equipment. Vault will be designed to an IBA Proteus One in a single room configuration with a second vault designed/constructed to the treatment level only.
Treatment Building will be (3)-levels and is estimated to be 26,000 square feet.
Includes design of the concrete shielding walls surrounding the treatment rooms.

4 story office/lab building of approximately 90,000 sq. ft. The building will be steel framed and include 1 parking level below grade. Lab will be building category II. Foundations are spread footing type with a soil supported slab at grade.
AdventHealth Celebration Proton Center, Celebration, FL
Proton Center consists of two story, approximately 30,000 square foot building including:
An IBA single-room compact system, Structure for the Treatment Building portion of the Proton Therapy Center will be cast-in-place concrete.
Adjacent/attached clinic building is steel framed.

Wychmere Beach Club Resort, Harwich Port, MA
4-story (above grade) building with 40 guest rooms. Total building area of the hotel is estimated to be approximately 44,840 square feet. The structure will consist of steel podium supporting the upper levels, which may be structural steel and/or light gage metal framing supporting slab-on-metal deck.

Proton Treatment Building (the “vault”) component of the proposed Comprehensive Cancer Center. The vault will house a Varian ProBeam 360 System in a single room configuration. Structure for the Treatment Building portion of the Proton Therapy Center to be cast-in-place concrete. Foundations for the Proton Therapy Center are deep foundation type with a soil supported slab-on-grade at the ground floor level.

297,000 sq ft residential project which includes a podium building with 320 units with parking below. There is no basement. One level of steel framing and 5 levels of wood framing above that. Foundations are pile supported with a structural slab at grade.

206,938 sq ft residential project which includes a podium building with 170 units + framed parking. There is also a small retail component.
