Sibley Memorial Hospital Proton Center, Washington, DC
Consists of a multi-story, 72,000 square foot facility, including: Proton Therapy Facility (“Treatment Building”) with 3 treatment rooms, 1 research/clinical room, an accelerator vault and beam transport tunnel required to support the 3 treatment rooms making up approximately 30,000 square feet. Adjacent “Clinic Building” with associated pre-treatment spaces. Includes design of the cast-in-place concrete shielding walls surrounding the treatment rooms. Includes elevated pedestrian bridge and a stair/elevator tower connecting pedestrian bridge, proton center and existing parking garage.

Babson College Expansion, Wellesley, MA
50,000 sf of expansion and 37,000 sf of renovated space with three major components. Varsity Locker Room Additions/Staake Gymnasium Renovations (~34,000 sf) Athletic Cardio Addition & Renovations (~23,000 sf) Interior Space & Corridor Renovations (~30,000 sf)

350 Washington Street, Dedham, MA
4 story building. The lowest level below grade is parking, the first floor is retail/parking,and the levels above that are residential. The building will comprise approximately 61,000 sq. ft. on 4 levels with a full basement. Building is steel framed at the first and second levels and wood framed above that. Foundations are spread footing type with a soil supported slab on grade. Facade is a combination of brick, precast and EIFS.

Sconset Landing, Hanover, MA.
25 total buildings of 11 types, which includes (3) garages. Buildings are wood framed with 1-3 levels without basements. Spread footing foundations with soil supported slabs on grade. 130 total units in Row House, Flat, and Townhouse style buildings.

Burlington Office, Burlington, MA
6-story, 280,000 sq. ft office/lab building. The building will be a steel-framed structure bearing on shallow foundations (spread footings) with a soil supported slab-on-grade at the ground level. Exterior façade is assumed to be a mix of masonry/precast and metal panel/glass.

2 Prince Avenue, Lowell, MA
Approximately 25,000 sq. ft , 2 story steel framed building to be built on the footprint of an existing building for data center use. Spread footing foundations.

112-120 Savin Hill Ave., Dorchester, MA
New building of approximately 20,000 sq. ft. There is a basement, street level and 2 framed levels above that. The upper two framed levels are wood construction. The lower levels will be steel and concrete with cmu bearing/shear walls. The second floor will span over an existing operating restaurant.

115 Hartwell Avenue Development – Lexington, MA
A 3-story, 85,000 square foot laboratory building. Structural system for the laboratory building will consist of structural steel supporting concrete slab-on-composite metal deck. Exterior façade for the laboratory building will be a mix of metal panel and curtain wall. Includes a 1-story, approximately 41,250 square foot precast parking deck to accommodate 131 spaces on a structured deck.

* City Square Underground Garage, Worcester, MA.
Approximately 375,000 sq ft underground parking structure. Garage has two levels. The garage accommodates the future loading of a hotel on the south side and office building on the north side.

New York Proton Therapy Center, New York, New York
Multi-story facility, including Proton Therapy Facility, an accelerator vault and beam transport tunnel. Treatment Building functions (gantry pits, beam line, etc.) elevated 1- story above grade area. Total building area is to be 125,000 square feet. Includes design of the cast-in-place concrete shielding walls.

Shoppes at Latham Circle, Latham, NY
1-story, approximately 142,000 square foot retail building for retail tenants. Foundations will be shallow footings with a soil supported slab on grade. Structural steel framing and metal roof deck.

Ocean Edge Resort - Brewster, MA
Resort building(s) consisting of approximately 75,000 sq. ft on three levels. There will be a "mansion" building connected to a "barn" by an arcade/courtyard. Includes a spa in the basement, meeting spaces and a restaurant on the first floor and guestrooms on the upper levels. Superstructure to be a mixture of steel, CMU, and light metal/wood.

* Reliant Medical Group, Worcester, MA
One story medical office building of approximately 14,500 sq. ft. The building is steel framed with shallow foundations. There is no basement space. Roof has a sign band/screen wall surrounding the mechanical pen.

* Homewood Suites Hotel – Brookline, MA
5-story (above grade) building with 1 level (partial) of below-grade parking. Total building area is approximately 105,000 square feet. Steel-framed structure with precast concrete planks (DB-System). Shallow foundations with geopier soil reinforcement.

* Oxford Ping-On Housing, Boston, MA
10-story with basement, 48 unit residential building. Total building area is approximately 54,000 square feet. Steel framed with spread footing foundations.

Central Square Retail Development – Franklin, MA
(6) 1-story retail buildings on adjacent parcels. Total square footage of all buildings is approximately 78,675 square feet.

Port Manor Nursing Home, Newburyport, MA
Two story building of approximately 60,000 sq. ft. This includes a 5,000 sq. ft basement. Steel framed with spread footing foundations.

Scarborough Gallery Retail, Scarborough, ME
1-story, approximately 106,000 square foot retail building for (4) retail tenants. Shallow footings with a soil supported slab on grade. Structural steel framing and metal roof deck.

* The Millbrook, Somerville, MA
Conversion of 8 story concrete cold storage facility into housing. Added new floor above roof and provided full seismic upgrade including new steel framed lateral bracing system. New vertical transportation and conversion of basement into parking level.

* Project under construction
